We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy. Here at Darshana we want to make sure you feel comfortable purchasing any of our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Darshana.
Shipping
All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use primarily the US Postal Service (USPS) for delivery. Most multi-product orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
Shipping Rates
Domestic
Darshana offers free shipping to any address in the continental United States order over $29(domestic) Flat rate shipping of $3.99 is provided for any US orders under $29.
International
For international orders the shipping via USPS is $19.71 for Canada and $28.26 for the rest of the world. Buyer is responsible for paying any Customs Fees, VAT, Excise Duties, etc., in addition to the product price and shipping fee, if applicable.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
